Homecoming Court Votes

Have students complete Homecoming Court ballots for their grade.  Student council representatives will drop off and pick up during Start Period time.    

 

Friday, September 28^th   

4^th Annual Gnimocemoh

·        11:10 - 12:00 BBQ

o       This event will be outside of the commons.  Students will exit through the commons and go through line outside.  We ask that teachers circulate outside.  BE SURE TO THANK OUR KITCHEN & CUSTODIAL STAFF FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN!  Presale tickets will be sold Monday-Thursday of Homecoming Week in the commons for teachers and students.  No other lunch will be served.

• 12:05 - 1:25  Pep Rally
• In the stands on the football field.  Departments remember to start getting together your lip sync skits, see Brian Smith for more details.  
• 1:30 - 2:30 Powder Puff Game
• Senior Girls V. Junior Girls on the football field.  

·        2:00 - 4:30 Carnival

o       Outside of the commons in the bus parking lot.  Any club or team sponsor with a booth must stay for this event. 

·        4:30 – 5:30 Halftime Rehearsal with Paxton and Smith

o       Homecoming Halftime Show Rehearsal, all participants must be present (Band, Court, Cheer, Stu-Co, Link, etc)

• 7:00 – 9:ish Homecoming Football Game
• Varsity vs. Woodland Park

 

Saturday, September 29^th

Homecoming Dance “Downtown Dance Craze”

• 8:00-11:00 Dance
• Teachers are encouraged to come! Remember, this event is a sophomore class, so sponsors should see me about chaperoning the event.  Tickets for students are $15 presale, $20 at the door.

WEEK LONG EVENTS

 

Tricycle Races Coin War (To earn money for charity)

Several brave teachers/administrators (male & female pairs) have volunteered to help Stu-CO in a fundraiser.  We will be doing a version of coin wars during lunch periods in which the teacher who brings in the most points (gold is negative, silver is positive) will be completing an obstacle course on tricycles at the pep assembly on Friday!

 

Spirit Week Events 

Please encourage students to dress up for Spirit Week!  The events are listed above!  NO hats all week- dress code applies. 

 

Ticket Sales

Get your tickets!  We will be selling Homecoming tickets and BBQ tickets during all four lunches Monday, September 24^th – Thursday 29^th .
